Proposed projects include riverbank stabilization, flood reduction, and expanded ADA-accessible trails, with funding split among parks (36%), water and habitat (32%), and trails/outdoor recreation (32%). Who’s the Better No. 11: Iowa State or Clemson?

Both Iowa State and Clemson sit at No. 11 in the latest AP Top 25, each making a case for a College Football Playoff spot. While the Cyclones hold a 7-0 record compared to Clemson’s 6-1, Clemson’s sole loss was to then-No. 1 Georgia. Each team has taken on a similar level of competition, and both control their postseason destinies with schedules that ramp up in the coming weeks.

Statistically, Clemson's offense outpaces Iowa State’s, averaging 42 points per game versus Iowa State’s 32, led by QB Cade Klubnik’s 20:3 touchdown-to-interception ratio. Iowa State’s defense, however, stands out with a higher pass defense and more sacks. With nearly identical strength of schedules and strengths offsetting each other, the debate remains open for which team would come out on top, though both look primed for a potential Playoff clash.
